Account and recovery

I forgot my password

Open the game, choose Account, then Recover. Enter your username and the recovery code you saved when joining, and choose a new password. There is no email-based password reset.

I lost my recovery code

If you can still sign in with your password, open Account and choose “Create new recovery code.” Save the new code privately; the old one stops working. If you have lost both your password and recovery code, contact support. We cannot promise to restore access without proof of ownership.

My cards or progress are missing

Check that you signed in to the correct username and have an internet connection. Collections and online matches live with your account. Local practice saves are specific to each device unless you saved and restored a cloud copy. Do not clear app storage while troubleshooting unsynced progress.

Scanning and camera access

Allow camera access when you choose to scan, use good light and hold the barcode steady. You can also type its digits. Camera images stay on your device; claiming an online reward sends the barcode digits to Scanside. If permission was denied, change it in your browser’s site settings or Android’s app permissions.

If a scan does not complete, check your connection and try again. Include the barcode digits and approximate time in your support request if you are comfortable sharing them. You do not need to send a photo.

Collection and trading limits

Each account receives three free card reveals per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Every campaign victory, including rematches, earns one scan credit. After your free scans, choose to spend one credit for an extra reveal. Credits stay saved until spent. Allow at least 15 seconds between successful reveals. Repeating a saved request recovers the same reward without spending another scan.

There is no minimum account age for trading. Exchange the same number of cards on each side, up to six per offer and ten per player per day. Scanned and received cards can be traded immediately. Starter cards cannot be traded. These limits reduce automated farming and apply even if you use an older app version.

Offline downloads

The Android app includes offline artwork, sound and practice play. In the browser, open Settings and choose Download for offline play to save the complete game assets. Online collections, reveals, trading and matches still require a connection. Browser storage can be cleared by your device, and a new release may require another download.

The Six Tables campaign

Choose a faction when joining to receive one of three balanced starter decks at random: 22 cards and a General. The campaign uses cards you own. Each of the six tables has a novice, specialist, champion and boss. Wins unlock the next seat at that table. Character sheets explain each rival; short dialogue introduces their challenge. Campaign matches and earned scan credits save to your account and require a connection. Use Resume your encounter after an interruption. The tutorial offers Suggest a move if you need a pointer.

Connections and interrupted matches

Reconnect, then return to online play to resume an active match. Online turns can time out while you are away. If the game still shows an error, note your username, your opponent’s username if known, and the approximate time with your time zone. Never share a login token.

Android installation and updates

The current playtest supports Android 7.0 and later. Get the latest signed APK from the official download page. Android may ask you to allow your browser to install apps. Open the new APK to update the existing app; you normally do not need to uninstall first.

If an update fails, send the version you have installed, the Android version and the exact error. The browser game is also available without installation.

Player conduct and unwanted messages

Open a player’s profile and choose Report player, choose Report message below a received message, or use Report opponent in an online match. Pick a reason and optionally block the player. You can check report status in Account. Blocking also works directly from a profile or conversation. Read our community rules for prohibited behavior, moderation and appeals.

If your account is restricted, the app shows the reason and end time. Email developer@augmere.studio to appeal or report a concern you cannot submit in the app. Include your username and report reference where available, but never passwords or recovery codes. Reports are not an emergency response service. Direct messages are stored on our servers and are not end-to-end encrypted.

Delete an account or request your data

Use Account → Delete my account in the game, or open the account-deletion page in any browser. Confirm with your username and password or recovery code. Deletion is permanent; the page explains what is removed before you confirm.

Uninstalling does not delete your online account. For other data requests, email developer@augmere.studio. Our privacy policy explains retention, backups and local data.

Unlock table atmospheres

Starting a campaign encounter unlocks that table atmosphere immediately. Select it in Table settings for practice, the tutorial and online matches. Unlocks stay with your account; existing table visits are included.

Send feedback from the game

While signed in, use Home → Send feedback or Settings → Report a problem or send feedback. Choose a category and describe the issue. Basic diagnostics are optional; you can review exactly what will be attached before sending. Keep the receipt if you contact developer@augmere.studio for a reply. To report a player or message, use its separate Report action.
