A good table starts with respect

Community rules

These rules apply to usernames, profiles, messages and all online interactions in Scanside TCG, operated by Augmere LLC.

Version 2026-10-16 · Effective October 16, 2026

Respect other players

Do not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate or target someone for abuse. Hate speech and discrimination based on protected characteristics are prohibited. Do not impersonate another person, disclose someone’s private information or ask for private credentials.

Keep the community safe

No sexual content, sexual solicitation, grooming, exploitation, graphic violence, illegal activity or encouragement of self-harm. Content or behavior that endangers children is prohibited. Do not share personal addresses, financial details, passwords or recovery codes. Scanside does not permit a sexual-content community or an opt-in exception to these rules.

Play fairly

No cheating, automated card farming, scams, spam, account selling, real-money card deals or attempts to bypass account restrictions. Do not ask another player for payment or login details. Your scanned cards, decks and online actions are validated by the server.

Report and block in the game

Open a player’s profile and choose Report player, or use Report message beneath a received message. You can also report an opponent from an online match. Choose a reason, add relevant details if needed, and optionally block the player at the same time.

Blocking removes the friendship, closes open invitations and trades, prevents further messages, and prevents new matchmaking between the two accounts. It does not automatically end a match already in progress; you can concede that match.

A report sends the relevant profile or message, your account ID, the reported account ID, your reason and any details to authorized Augmere moderators. The reported player cannot access your report or reporter identity through the app. Do not knowingly submit false reports. Report status appears under Account.

For urgent safety concerns or an issue you cannot report in the app, contact developer@augmere.studio. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In-app reports and email are not an emergency response service.

Moderation and appeals

Authorized operators review reports and may remove a message, reset a profile, restrict community posting or suspend online access. Repeated or serious violations may lead to a long-term suspension. Reports do not automatically punish the reported player; decisions require review. We may act on credible safety concerns discovered through support or operation of the service.

Account restrictions show a reason and end time in the app. Offline practice, reporting and account deletion remain available. To appeal, email developer@augmere.studio with your username, the decision and why you believe it should change. Never send your password or recovery code. We do not promise a particular review or appeal outcome.

Your information

Our privacy policy explains report evidence, moderation records, retention and deletion. You can delete your account and its data. We may update these rules and ask you to accept a new version before further posting.
